OUR PROCESS

Good work starts before the first board is cut.

We build a small number of homes each year. That gives us room to ask better questions, plan the details, and keep the people doing the work in the conversation.

HOW WE WORK

Know the plan. Know the people. See the work.

From the first site conversation to the final walkthrough, we pair careful planning with a project manager, a site superintendent, and a budget you can see. The point is simple: you should understand what is happening in your home.

01 / 06 THE FIRST CONVERSATION

Start with the place

Tell us where you are building, what matters to you, and how you want the house to live. We start with the site and the questions that will shape the work.

02 / 06 PLANNING

Work through the drawings

We work with the architect and the wider design team to make the plan buildable. Performance, materials, details, and the realities of the site belong in the conversation early.

03 / 06 SCOPE AND COST

Make the budget visible

A budget should show what is included and where decisions are still open. We talk through the scope, cost, and schedule before the crew gets started, and keep the budget in view as the work develops.

04 / 06 CONSTRUCTION

Build with the team in view

Your project manager and site superintendent stay close to the work. Buildertrend gives owners a place to follow the project, while direct conversations keep the details and decisions moving.

05 / 06 COMPLETION

Walk the finished work

We walk the home together and work through the remaining details. The same attention that goes into an air barrier or a custom cabinet belongs in the final pass.

06 / 06 AFTER THE BUILD

Know who built it

A house should make sense to the people who live in it. When questions come up later, you know the team and the work behind the walls.

ONE TEAM, START TO FINISH

The higher the standard, the better the fit.

Bring us the site, the drawings, or the questions you have not answered yet.
