From the north country of Minnesota, Jesse began working in residential construction as a teenager and loves his job.
Jesse graduated from SJU in 2005 and moved to Bozeman for skiing, mountains, and quiet.
He likes winter, spending time with his nephews, hiking with his wife and dogs, and traveling.

Josh
This is Josh, Site Superintendent, CPHT
Josh possesses a incredibly steady Midwestern work ethic and an obsessive attention to details.
He likes laughing, showing up 5 minutes early, and snowboarding. He does not prefer DeWalt tools or haircuts.

You’ll find Josh talking with you, meeting subcontractors, going over the plans, and putting all the pieces together.
Tom
This is Tom, Site Superitendent
Tom is a product of Midwestern farm country with a love of the outdoors and pounding nails.
He likes laughing, running trails, and powder days. He does not prefer working in >85° or cleaning his truck.
Ask him about his dog, Rory.
You’ll find Tom meeting with you, running trade partners, and getting us framed up.
Sam
This is Sam, Project Engineer, CPHT
Sam graduated with a degree in Construction Engineering and puts it to use everyday. He is a talented and skilled team member who gets it right.
Born and raised in the Midwest, Sam likes dirt biking, sailing, and renovating his house. He does not prefer road rash.
Ask him about sailing.

Nick
This is Nick, Project Foreman, CPHT
Growing up in Minnesota, Nick learned the importance of working with his hands and the struggles of following Minnesota professional sports.
Nick enjoys golf, long distance running, quoting movies, and hanging out with his twin brother. He does not prefer being stuck in traffic.
Ask him about his time in the Conservation Corps.
You’ll find Nick working on everything from framing to siding to window installation to trim installation.
Dylan
This is Dylan, Apprentice Carpenter
Dylan was raised on the coast of New England with an appreciation for seafood and fine carpentry. He is a quick study with a passion to do things the right way.
Dylan enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, and chasing legendary browns with his fly rod. He does not prefer Tabasco on his oysters.
Ask him about Cape Cod and his Toyota Tacoma.
You’ll find Dylan hard at work with his head down looking for the next task to tackle.
Sarah
This is Sarah, Accounting Director. She keeps the finances straight.
Sarah loves dogs, running on trails, and skiing with her husband. She does not prefer mockumentaries.
Ask her about animals, after all she is a DVM.
