This downtown gem was in need of a full restoration - right down to the old-growth studs. We more than doubled the square footage and modernized to exceed the energy code.

The owner wanted to mimic the feel of the existing structure so the architect designed the kitchen and master volumes to match one another. Another beautiful downtown restoration.
