Grand Avenue

This house is one of only two historically significant Mission Style structures in Bozeman. Originally built in the 1950’s, this post-war house was 600 SqFt when the current owner purchased the property.

We deconstructed the original interior, quadrupled the square footage, and added a second story ADU. We were also required to adhere to strict design rules throughout the process. Photographer: @wkphotography
